Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Accordingly, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 4787 of 2020), is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in torturing the petitioner/house wife who suffered unnatural death within one

year of marriage, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
