Ahmed, learned APP Ms. Amita Gour ... for the State Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2020 (old no. 4788 of 2020) is disposed of.

Petitioner is in custody for 305 days.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that his prayer for bail was rejected earlier.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and

as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
