At least on the last five occasions, none appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called on for hearing. Even today, when the matter is called on, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, W.P.A. No. 6652 of 2008 along with C.A.N. 1 of 2009 (old No. C.A.N. 4148 of 2009) are dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
