30.09.2020 adeb CRM 6278 of 2020 (Via Video Conference) In re : An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Rabindranagar Police Station case No. 167/2020 dated 16.07.2020 under Sections 498A/325/307/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 / 4 D.P. Act.

And In the matter of : Entaz Molla @ Intesaf Molla & Anr. ..... petitioner Mr. Maidul Islam Kayal ........for the petitioner Mr. M.F.A. Begg ...for the State The petitioner undertakes to appropriately stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The incident took place on 9th July, 2020 till date police has not arrested the petitioner.

This is a Section 498A case. The mother-in-law and sister-inlaw are enlarged on bail. This application is by the father-in-law and the brother-in-law..

Learned Counsel for the State tells us that no serious injury was caused In view of the above circumstances, we allow the application for anticipatory bail.

Subject to the above, in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on bail upon furnishing security of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each together with personal released

bond of equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer..

The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down Section 438 (2) of the Code.

CRM No. 6278 of 2020 is disposed of.
