CRAN 4801 of 2020) In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Beldanga Police Station Case No. 193 of 2012 dated 20.04.2012 under Sections 20(b)/29 of the NDPS Act.

And In Re : Icha @ Ichanabi Sk. .... petitioner Mr. Somnath Adhikary ....for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi ...... for the State Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (CRAN 4801 of 2020) is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
