Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition by the petitioner, the petitioner has already made a representation on 30th March, 2023 being Annexure P-1 to the writ petition and the details of the grievance would appear from the said representation, which is pending and has not been disposed of till date.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents very fairly submits that the aforesaid representation will be disposed of by giving the petitioner opportunity of hearing if some time is granted.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 9185 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 30th March,

2023, being annexure P-1 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such order.
