Mr. Subhasish Pachhal ... for the petitioner This revisional application filed in the year 2007. When the matter was moved in the year 2007-2008, stay was granted for a limited period. Subsequently, stay has expired. I have heard Mr. Subhasish Pachhal, Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perused the materials on record. According to me, at this stage, this revisional application does not lie and accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply before the learned Trial Court for discharge under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
