Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship between the petitioner and the victim. The victim went with the petitioner voluntarily. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She submits that the victim refused medical.

The victim is 14 years of age.

Considering the statement of the victim and her age and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 2227 of 2022 is rejected.
