Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife who suffered unnatural death within one and half year of marriage, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6286 of 2020 is rejected.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRM 4806 of 2020) is disposed of.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
