Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this writ petition being WPA 9189 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent/WBGST authority concerned to intimate the petitioner revenue due, if any, which is required to be paid for restoration of the petitioner's registration, within three working days and open the portal for a period of 30 days from date to allow the petitioner to make payment of revenue due to be intimated by the respondents. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to make payment of the revenue due to be intimated by the respondents, within 30 days from date, the respondent authority concerned will be at liberty to close the portal and to proceed in accordance with law.

If it is found that there is no revenue due and the due has already been paid by the petitioner, in that event the respondent authority concerned will restore the registration of the petitioner within seven days from the date of communication of this order. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
