04.09.2020 SL No. 61 ss CRM 6288 of 2020 With CRAN 1 of 2020 (OLD CRAN 4808 of 2020) (Through Video Conference) In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Mahestala P.S. Case No.162 of dated 08.04.2020 under Sections 447/448/325/307/427/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 of the Arms Act and section 3 of PDPP Act and section 9 MPO Act.

Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations in the light of the submission made on behalf of the State that injuries are not grievous, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely, (1) Surya Mondal, (2) Rakesh Naskar, (3) Ramesh Naskar and

(4) Sukumar Sardar be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6288 of 2020 is disposed of.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRM 4808 of 2020) is disposed of.
