Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 is also agreeable to this suggestion made by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Accordingly an order is passed directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider the grievance of the writ petitioners as has been ventilated by the writ petitioners in the writ application within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this direction the writ application is disposed of.
