The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking bail in Krishnaganj Police Station Case No.156 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 registered under Section 21(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as not pressed by this Court vide order dated April 8, 2021 in CRM No.8953 of 2020.

Fresh bail application filed by the petitioner within one month thereafter cannot be entertained.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
