Case No.119 of 2025 dated 23.03.2025 under Sections 333/118(2)/109(1)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 adding Section 103 of the BNS, 2023.

Ms. Amita Gaur Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State In view of the serious injuries inflicted by the accused as would be evident from the post-mortem report and the statements of eyewitnesses implicating the present petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
