... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and in view of the gravity of the offence we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner. However, Superintendent, Correctional Home, Murshidabad may give necessary assistance to the petitioner so that he may participate in the departmental enquiry through video-conference link, if possible and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
