Mr. Pratik Majumder ...for the petitioners Mr. Snehasish Dey ...for the respondent no. 3 It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that during pendency of this proceeding, the parties have settled their disputes and do not want to proceed with this matter any further.

In view of the above, WPA 8839 of 2022 along with the connected interlocutory applications stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

It is further submitted on behalf of both the parties that due to amicable settlement in Case No. VIII-56/2010 pending before the First Industrial Tribunal has become infructuous and there is no purpose in keeping the same pending.

In view of the above, by consent of the parties, both proceedings are dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties are directed to take appropriate steps and file an appropriate application before the First Industrial Tribunal for disposal of the same. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
