The applicant seeks recalling of the orders dated July 30, 2019 and September 17, 2019. The ground taken for such recalling is that the present applicant was not served as the name and address given in the writ petition was incorrect.

The said contention is opposed by the learned Counsel on behalf of the original writ petitioner. In light of the same, affidavits are required to be exchanged in this matter.

Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed by the parties including the State-respondent within a period of four weeks from date, reply thereto, if any, two weeks thereafter.

Let this matter appear seven weeks hence under the heading 'For Hearing'.

Counsel are directed to file their affidavits in Court within six weeks to the Court officer.
