Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instruction, that in view of the order passed by the Director of Public Instruction vide Memo No. 314-C dated 24th August, 2021, the contempt application has become infructuous.

In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.
