Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. This is a second application for pre-arrest bail without any substantial change in circumstances since the earlier rejection of prayer for similar relief by this Court.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6295 of 2020 is rejected.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRM 4814 of 2020) is disposed of.
