The State of West Bengal and others The subject matter of the revisional application relates to the order dated 20th February, 2021 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 14th Court, Calcutta in connection with Complaint Case No.CN/1171 of 2019.

Petitioner happens to be the complainant and was eager to get the complaint case disposed of expeditiously and, as such, prayed before this Court so that the examination under Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be conducted as early as possible.

The purpose for which the petitioner approached this Court at the relevant point of time presently is not existing. However, having regard to the subject matter of the case, I direct that the learned trial court would take steps so that the complaint case is disposed of as early as possible by fixing dates at regular short intervals.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1263 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
