It appears that the Municipality passed an order of demolition on 31st May, 2023. The person aggrieved by the order of demolition preferred an appeal before the statutory appellate forum being the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Burdwan by filing Misc. Case No. 54 of 2023. The learned Court had stayed the order of demolition. In view of the above, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the statutory appellate forum where the appeal is pending consideration for necessary relief.

The contempt application being CAN 531 of 2023 stands disposed of.
