1. We have considered the materials on record. Victim-wife was tortured and committed suicide within three months of marriage. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioners in her torture for demand of dowry.

2. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
