Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, the petitioner stood acquitted in respect of another police complaint involving the same offences.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that orders or rejection were assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court without any success. The last order of rejection is dated May 12, 2020.

It appears that there is an order of rejection dated November 22, 2019. In the order dated November 22, 2019, the rejection proceeds on the basis of the petitioner being involved in a prostitution and sexual exploitation, the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence were considered. There is hardly any material change subsequent to the order dated November 22, 2019 and May 12, 2020.

Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM (DB) 1312 of 2022 is rejected.
