Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of injury suffered by the victim which was also heinous, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail being CRM 6297 of 2020 is rejected.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRM 4819 of 2020) is disposed of.
