2. Affidavit of service be kept with the record.

3. CAN 1 of 2025 this is an application for restoration. Having regard to the averments made in paragraph No.4 of the application, I am of the view that the petitioner has sufficiently explained the reason for non-appearance before this Court on 30.07.2025.

4. CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. WPA 9404 of 2025 is restored to its original file. WPA 9404 of 2025

5. The respondent prays extension of time to file affidavit-in-opposition. The same be granted and be filed within two weeks and reply, if any, within a week thereafter.
