The learned advocate for the State submits that a sum of Rs. 2,24,433.00 (Rupees Two lakh Twenty Four thousand four hundred thirty three) has been paid to the petitioner towards remaining part of the claimed arrear salary.

In view of such development no further order need be passed in this matter.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 9196 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
