The issue sought to be raised in the present petition is pertaining to the violence in the State of West Bengal during and post Assembly polls. Various facets thereof have been considered by the Larger Bench of this Court in Susmita Saha Dutta Vs. The Union of India And Ors., W.P.A.(P) 142 of 2021 decided on August 19, 2021 and comprehensive order has been passed.
