Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an application under Section 12 read with the relevant provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah. It has also been pointed out that till date, the affidavit of assets and liabilities has not been filed by the opposite party no.2. In view of the pendency of the proceedings, I direct that the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah would conclude the process of accepting the affidavits of the parties by 15.06.2024 and thereafter fix one date in a month for the purpose of the present case so that trial of the case can be proceeded with. All efforts be taken to conclude the trial of the case by 31.07.2025.

This order is being passed on the submission advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner that no other revisional application at the instance of any other parties is pending either before the learned sessions court or the High Court, Calcutta.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1485 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
