Pursuant to an advertisement floated by the College authority for appointment of "Laboratory Attendant (Physical Education)" the petitioner appeared in the recruitment process. The interview was conducted on 19th March, 2019. A panel of successful candidates was prepared and forwarded by the College to the Director of Public Instruction on 13th June, 2019. Since thereafter there is no response either from the end of the College or the Director of Public Instruction.

The petitioner is aggrieved as he has not been made aware with regard to the fate of the selection process.

As it appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that the matter is pending consideration at the end of the Director of Public Instruction, accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the

respondent No. 4 being the Director of Public Instruction to take necessary steps with regard to the panel which has been forwarded by Hiralal Bhakat College on 12th June, 2019 and the same has been received by the office of the Director of Public Instruction on 13th June, 2019.

Steps shall be taken at the earliest, but positively within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The Director of Public Instruction shall intimate the fate of the panel to the College authority so that the petitioner can get to know as to whether he was successful in the recruitment process or not.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in the court is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
