...for the State Pursuant to the earlier direction, information was 21.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.13 Rakib furnished to the Lake Town police Station. Lake Town police station has conducted an enquiry and submitted a report before this Court. The report is not very encouraging.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of all the police authorities as according to him the act and actions and the inconveniences faced by him has resulted in a cognizable offence.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 5 submits that news was telecast involving the petitioner which is the cause of annoyance and for which the petitioner is after the respondent no.5 for implicating him in a criminal case.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, let the same be kept with the record.

Having regard to the nature of the accusations made by the petitioner, if the petitioner has materials in his possession and is of the opinion that cognizable or non-cognizable offence is made out, he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law, learned Magistrate would assess regarding the nature of the offence and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9386 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
