Heard the learned Advocates for the parities. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim/housewife. She suffered homicidal death at the matrimonial home. Trial is in progress. Offence, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. 3.

In view of gravity of the offence and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
