Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner's father has been wrongly stated as Abdur Razzak instead of Abdur Bari Sk. in the present application.

On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
