Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities did not render assistance inspite of being informed repeatedly. No protection was given to him inspite of informations being furnished to the Superintendent of Police on 14.04.2025 and the petitioner suffered the wrath of his adversaries. Petitioner as such asked the Superintendent of Police for transfer of the concerned officers.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in as many as 37 cases. There was a crisis which took place concerning an election. There are fractions as is reflected from the police report and the police report further reflects that the present petitioner has persistently sought to engage police resources unnecessarily and has made wild allegations against the police authorities to the superiors.

Having considered the fact that the police authorities have adhered to the provisions of law and taken steps for maintaining law and order, I am of the view that the writ petition fails to make any cause of action. Police authorities have taken steps as and when called for in consonance with the provision of law. Consequently, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, WPA 9082 of 2025 is dismissed.
