Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been no investigation in connection with Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station Case No. 126 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the investigating officer on conclusion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet in the month of February, 2025 before the learned ACJM, Baruipur under Sections 281/125(b)/324(4) of BNS, 2023.

Having considered that the investigation has already concluded, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9621 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
