Mr. Dipankar Pal Ms. Kakali Naskar...........for petitioner Mr. Soumitra Bandyopadhyay Mr. Aniruddha Sen........for respondents Mr. Pal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, challenge in the writ petition is against memo dated 10th November, 2020 issued by office of ADM and DL & LRO, North 24Parganas, Barasat. He submits, the memo has been issued in contravention of procedure requiring advertisements. Furthermore, factual basis of the memo is incorrect. He adds, the Principal Secretary has been added as respondent, in compliance with direction in order dated 12th May, 2021 passed by coordinate Bench (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.).

Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondents. He submits, the memo is a mere proposal. His further submission, the matter be referred to added respondent for

consideration and disposal of whether or not the proposal is to be carried forward.

Added respondent no. 5 will consider and dispose of petitioner's contentions made by his representation being annexure- 'P8' to the writ petition. If necessary, said respondent will call petitioner for hearing. The consideration must end by order made within six weeks from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.
