The impugned order dated 31st July 2020 is ad interim in nature with directions upon the plaintiff-petitioner to cause notice to be issued to the respondents. The application was fixed for consideration on 7th September 2020 in the presence of the respondents.

The appellant has obtained an ad interim order and is desirous of more interim orders.

We are of the opinion that those interim orders could be prayed for before the learned court below which could be considered by it in accordance with law. All questions are kept open.

With those observations, we dispose of the appeal dispensing with all formalities. We also dispose of the connected applications (CANs No.5901 of 2020, and 5903 of 2020).
