There is nothing in the appeal.

The appeal is directed against an order refusing interim relief in a writ petition challenging an order of temporary blacklisting. There is no dispute that the tenure of the temporary black-listing has run out on September 6, 2020. As a consequence, nothing is left of the appeal.

It will be open to the parties to seek an early adjudication of the writ petition.

FMA 899 of 2020 and the connected applications therein stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
