We are of the view that the learned judge ought to have indicated some reasons while holding that there was no "scope to pass any ad-interim order".

We set aside the order dated 19th August, 2020 and remand the writ to the learned single judge to be heard as a motion.

The motion be listed on 28th September, 2020 before the appropriate court, fairly at the top. The appeal (M.A.T. 538 of 2020) and the connected applications [CAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CAN

5916 of 2020) and CAN 2 of 2020 (Old No. 5917 of 2020)] are disposed of.
