The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are disturbing him by physical assault and use of filthy language.

The dispute is in connection with use of a Well and water tank.

Counsel for the Nischinda Police Station, Howrah submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P.C. have been take out against both the petitioner and the private respondents.

In those circumstances, the Officer-in-Charge, Nischinda Police Station, Howrah, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
