Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Leaned Advocate appearing for the State submits that out of two injured one received grievous hurt. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the nature of injury of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 2235 of 2022 is rejected.
