Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner has made a prayer for participation in the future selection process, which is to be conducted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. It needs to be recorded herein that petitioner was a candidate, who was appointed as an Assistant Teacher on being selected in connection with 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for classes IX and X. Thereafter, petitioner has lost the job since the entire selection process, that is, 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes IX-X and XI-XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025.

In view of cancellation of the aforesaid selection process, no order can be passed as prayed for in this writ petition.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
