dated 25.11.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Suri, Birbhum in Title Suit No. 111 of 1976.

3. By the order impugned learned trial court was pleased to reject the prayer made by the defendant for an order of stay of the suit.

4. The order impugned does not manifest erroneous exercise of jurisdiction and does not call for any interference. This application is bereft of merits and is dismissed. The connected application is also disposed of.

5. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information and necessary action.
