For the State The grievance of the petitioner is that a representation dated 6th August, 2020 being made to the respondent No. 3 has been kept in abeyance and has not been finally disposed of.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if a direction is passed directing the respondent No. 3 to dispose of the said representation made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the representation dated 6th August, 2020 (appearing at page 30 of the writ petition) within a period of eight weeks from date after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. It is made clear that I have not

gone into the merits of the case and the respondent No. 3 is at liberty to consider and dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner in accordance with law without being bound on the merits by any observations made in this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being W.P.A. 6833(W) of 2020 is disposed of.

Consequently, the application being CAN 5855 of 2020 stands disposed of.
