The petitioner alleged inaction on the part of the Howrah Police in respect of certain threatening messages received from the private respondents. This Court has considered the messages.

The writ petition had been filed in April 2021. It appears that there are no subsequent developments in that regard. The private respondents have also filed a complaint against the petitioner. There are a series of disputes with regard to property between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The petitioner may avail civil remedies in accordance with law.

Howrah Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
