Mondal for the NBSTC The petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order dated 25th February 2020 whereby his prayer for being transferred at Berhampore stood rejected.

It appears from records that the petitioner is due to retire on attaining his normal age of superannuation on 31st January 2021.

Since the date of retirement is only a couple of days away, this Court does not feel it necessary to interfere in this matter at this stage.

Without entering into the merits of the writ petition, the same is accordingly disposed of.

Affidavit-in-opposition and the reply filed today be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
