Learned advocates for the parties say that after service of this contempt petition on the alleged contemnor, the alleged contemnor has passed a reasoned order in compliance with our order dated April 12, 2022, whereby we had disposed of MAT 488 of 2021.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated April 12, 2022, stands complied with, although belatedly. We see no reason to keep the contempt application pending.

The contempt application is, thus, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
