2. The petitioner complains that she is being threatened and her enjoyment in respect of the property is being disturbed and interfered with by the private respondents.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State is present.

4. In view of the consequences faced by the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents, if the petitioner complains to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station, it is directed that appropriate steps be taken by the Officer-inCharge of concerned police station, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9988 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
