The present revisional application has been filed without enclosing the certified copy. The subject-matter of challenge relates to FIR of Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 32 of 2023 dated 29.01.2023. More than 13 months have passed since registration of the FIR. Presumably there is substantial progress in the case. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as submitted before the jurisdictional court and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are handed over. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1402 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
