Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although the petitioner has submitted a written information on or about 20.03.2024 before the Superintendent of Police, Singur, DistrictHooghly, no steps were taken by the said Office and the petitioner complains that she has been ousted from her property.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that if the petitioner has been ousted from her property, so far as restoration of the possession is concerned, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Civil Court. However, the police authorities

would monitor that there should not be any breach of the peace and/or tranquility or any untoward incident because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9984 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
