Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, police registered the complaint as a First Information Report. The investigation is in progress. There is a long-standing dispute between the private parties. Two sisters of the petitioners were examined under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The main accused was arrested and is now on bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, since the police authorities have registered a First

Information Report and that the investigation is in progress, no further interference is called for. WPA 6842 of 2020 is disposed of.
